Custom design service of any type of project!

PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICE

Owner provided the construction documents (CD's) for the project to be constructed.
Select qualified sub-contractors.
The CD's will be sent to sub-contractors and material supplies along with a letter stating the bid date and time to return to PACLLC.
The sub-contractors bids will be complied in a spread sheet to establish the project construct cost.
Present total project cost to the Owner.
Revised project cost as needed to meet Owners budget.
Submit construction contract to the Owner.
Project construction starts.

CONSTRUCTION

Project construction starts within 10 days of signing the contract.
Job foreman will coordinate all work with sub-contractor and material suppliers. (Job foreman have over 40 years combine experience with PACLLC see resume)
Present material and color options for selection by the Owner.
Project completion Owner occupies project.

INSURANCE

Property Arts Construction LLC is fully insured with Builder Risk, Worker’s Compensation, and General Liability insurance.
We only use sub-contractor that are insured with Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance with a $1,000,000 each occurrence.
